Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Meeting Updates

This is pursuance of Reg 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that 5th meeting of CoC was scheduled and conducted on Friday 26.12.2025 at 4:00 PM. The RP has placed the proposal before CoC to issue and publish detailed EOI eligibility criteria and Form G in accordance with Regulation 36A of the CIRP Regulation. Kindly take note of the same.
