Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trades in securities by Directors Promoters Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and Specified Connected Persons of the Company by the Insiders will be closed from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December 2025 to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
