Financial ResultsPursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board considered and approved the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. Recommendation of Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 The Board recommended a final dividend at the rate of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
