Wardwizard Healthcare Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuance to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Wardwizard Healthcare Limited (Formerly known as Ayoki Mercantile Limited) (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 12 2026 inter-alia to consider/approve the following matters:(i) Approval of Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2025 for the financial year 2025-26.(ii) Any other business as the Board deemed fit to discuss with the permission of the chair and majority of directors present in the meeting.
