Wim Plast Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 and recommendation of final dividend if any on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended 2024-25.
