In the view of the above in Compliance with Regulation 30 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing the following; 1.Auditors Report for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025 2.Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2025 and 3.Declaration by Managing Director for Unmodified opinion by Statutory Auditor.The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:00 P.M.
