The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors KMPs Promoters Designated Persons/Employees and their immediate relatives as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations from 1st January 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting in which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 shall be considered/approved.
