Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Resultsof the Bank for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30 2025; and 2. To fix the date and time of convening the 21st AGM of theBank and to approve the Notice of the 21st AGM which inter alia includes the proposal (s) for (i) raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible equity securities; and (ii) borrowings/ raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible debt securities.
