Board Meeting Outcome for Board Of Directors Meeting Held Today For The Consideration And Approval Of Draft Letter Of Offer For The Proposed Right Issue Of Equity Shares.

With reference to our letter dated January 12 2024 filed in relation to the proposed rights issue of the Company (the Issue) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today i.e. 10th February 2024 at 3:00 PM has considered and approved the Draft Letter of Offer in relation to the issue for the purpose of filing with the authorities and for seeking in-principal approval for the proposed issue and listing of Equity shares issued pursuant to the same in accordance with applicable laws including the Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended subject to such approvals as may be required under the applicable laws (Right Issue).
