Artist creates miniature art inside bottle to wish everyone on New Year

Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Dec 31 (ANI): A miniature artist has created a masterpiece ahead of New Year 2020. L Eswar Rao has made an art inside a bottle and wrote 'Welcome 2020 Happy New Year'. It took 4 days for the artist to create this amazing piece of art. He has made it using waste plastic fibers and by recycling it. L Eswar Rao hails from Odisha's Khudra district.
