Caught on cam: Man beats minor for playing at car parking site

Hyderabad, Nov 13 (ANI): A 7-year-old boy was beaten up by a man for playing at the car parking site at an apartment building in Cyberabad. The incident occurred on November 08. Case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC and Juvenile Justice Act against the man.
