Economy is in dire stage: Kapil Sibal

New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): Targeting the central government over the slow down economic situation of the country, Congress Leader, Kapil Sibal said, "We have been telling them the economy is in dire stage, actually bringing in the GST without understanding. The consequences are going to be of uniform rate but they put up the multiple rates which brought down the revenues that are to be collected through GST. Base may have increased but the revenues have come down. Industries are in trouble, private sector is crying and automobile sector is finished. Which sector is doing well in this country?"
