Gurdaspur cracker factory fire: Death toll mounts to 23

Gurdaspur (Punjab), Sep 05 (ANI): The death rose to 23 and several people got injured after a fire broke out at a cracker factory in Punjab's Gurdaspur. Several fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the flames. Several people are still trapped inside the factory. Rescue operation still underway.
