Heavy downpour leads to water-logging in Chhattisgarh's Raipur

Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Sep 06 (ANI): Incessant rains led to water-logging in parts of Raipur on September 06. Locals lives affected due to heavy rains. Traffic movement also halted due to water-logging. Most of the part of the country including Mumbai and Assam are submerged in water due to heavy rainfall.
