Hit-and-run case: Salman's driver says he was driving the car

New Delhi, Mar 30 (ANI): In a major twist to the 2002 hit-and-run case, actor Salman Khan's driver Ashok Singh told a Mumbai court on Monday that he was driving the SUV that ran over people sleeping on a pavement, killing one and injuring four others. On Friday, Salman recorded his statement before the court for the first time and claimed he was not driving the car. Salman is being tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. If found guilty, he could face up to 10 years in jail.
