If everything is fine in JandK then why Abdullah, Mufti under house arrest: Congress

New Delhi, Nov 15 (ANI): Congress on November 15 again raised questions on the current situation of Jammu and Kashmir. Indian National Congress National Spokesperson Pawan Khera lambasted at Centre by asking, if everything is fine in Jammu then why Farooq, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti are under house arrest.
