Chennai, May 30 (ANI): Locals in Chennai have to rely on tankers and hand pumps for water needs. The piped water supply has been reduced amid water crisis. Several reservoirs including Puzhal Lake that supplies water to the city have almost dried up, causing water scarcity in the state capital.
