Need fresh polls for key posts in Congress: Shashi Tharoor

New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): Congress Party's senior leader Shashi Tharoor urged for fresh polls for all key posts in the party, especially for the post of party President. He also said the one way forward for Congress Working Committee (CWC) could be naming an interim working president. He further added that lack of clarity on leadership is damaging party.
