Parts of HP receives fresh snowfall

Gulaba/Lahaul-Spiti (HP), Nov 23 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh's Gulaba and Lahaul-Spiti received fresh snowfall on November 23. Normal life got hampered due to the snowfall. Vehicular movement also got affected. Himachal Pradesh is receiving snowfall since past few days.
