PM Modi's guru Swami Dayanand Giri no more

New Delhi, Sep 24 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guru Swami Dayanand Giri breathed his last in Rishikesh yesterday at night. He had been critical for the last three days. As per reports, he passed away at his ashram at around 10:20 pm. His last rites will take place on Friday. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences on his guru's death. Modi took to twitter sharing the message- "Swami Dayananda Saraswati ji's demise is a personal loss. I pray that his soul attains eternal peace." Prime Minister Modi had met Swami Dayanand Giri during his visit to Uttarakhand on September 11.
