Rain lashes in parts of Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 28 (ANI): Rain lashed in parts of national capital on Nov 28. The downpour dropped down the temperature. Rainfall increased cold in Delhi as well. The temperature of Delhi is 17 Digree Celsius as of today.
