Sky is clear, no need for odd-even scheme extension: Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on November 18 cleared the suspense of odd-even scheme. On being asked implementing odd-even scheme once again, he said that the sky is clear now, so there is no need of it.
