Watch: BJP MP Tejasvi Surya on Bengaluru Hanuman chalisa row

On March 19, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Tejasvi Surya spoke about the Bengaluru incident during a protest. The protest was held after Mukesh, owner of Krishna Telecom, was allegedly assaulted for playing Hanuman Chalisa on March 17. According to a police statement, more than 40 people, including BJP's Tejasvi Surya and Shobha Karandlaje, were taken into preventive custody. BJP MPs directed blame towards the Siddaramaiah-led Congress government in Karnataka, branding the incident as 'anti-Hindu.' They emphasized that the ruling party's engagement in 'appeasement politics' had led to this situation. Watch the video to know more.
