Young entrepreneurs will be exempted from formalities for first 3 years: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, Mar 27 (ANI): While addressing at national convention of All India Congress Committee (AICC) OBC Department in New Delhi today, Congress president Rahul Gandhi said, "We have promised in our manifesto that a young entrepreneur who wants to start a venture will be exempted for the first 3 years to seek permission from govt. They should establish their venture first."
