EAM Swaraj spends most time making: Rahul Gandhi

London (UK), Aug 24 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Friday slammed Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) while addressing the gathering in London. He said Ministry of External Affairs can be formed by breaking the monopoly of MEA and by making it more accessible to other elements of society. He criticised Union Foreign Minister Swaraj by saying that she spends a massive amount of time in just making Visas.
