Rigging and sectarianism a major concern for Gilgit's upcoming election

Gilgit Baltistan, April 21, 2015: With elections to begin in may in Gilgit Baltistan, the people and opposition parties are apprehensive about rigging of the elections by ruling party. In the past too, rigging and sectarianism had dominated the election scene in the region.
