Skyline Ventures India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2021 inter alia to consider and approve the Un Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2021 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.<BR> It is further informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 01st July 2021 to 15th August 2021 both days inclusive as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.<BR>
