CWD Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CWD Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday November 14 2022 at Registered Office of the Company at 101 Plot No. 439 Hasham Premji Building 1st Floor Kalbadevi Road Mumbai Maharashtra 400002 inter-alia to discuss and approve among other items the Unaudited Financial Results for half year ended September 30 2022. Further in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
