Pursuance of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with the Companys code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by employees and other connected person the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will be closed w.e.f 01.01.2023 for the Companys Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the aforesaid Regulations and code and the trading window will re-open after expiry of 48 (Forty Eight) hours post the Un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and Nine Month ended on 31st December 2022 are made generally available.The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Month ended on 31st December 2022 will be informed in due course.
