Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Irfan Memon (CFO) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with immediate effect. We wish to inform you that the Company has received their resignation letter today and the matter for succession was placed at the Board meeting held on 20th January 2023.
