With reference to the above subject we wish to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee in its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday 25th January 2023 at the Registered office of the Company has been approved the allotment of 177993 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- to the employees who have exercised their vested stock options under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes.
