We would like to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on Monday the 06th day of February 2023 at 04:00 P.M. at its Corporate Office at D-61 Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I New Delhi- 110020 to inter-alia transact the following businesses:-1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 along with the Limited Review Report of the Companys Auditor.In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st January 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results i.e.upto 8th February2023 (Both days inclusive). The Trading Window will resume from 9th February 2023.
