HRB FLORICULTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that 131st meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023 at 03.00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at A-28 Ram Nagar Shastri Nagar Jaipur - 302016 (Rajasthan) inter alia to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022 and to take on record Limited Review Report thereon.Further in continuation with intimation dated 24th December 2022 this is to inform you that the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has remain closed for all designated persons their immediate relatives and other connected person (s) from 01st January 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 16th February 2023.
