Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company was taken on record.<BR> <BR> 3. Considered approved and taken on record the resignation of Mr. Narendra Balvantrai Bhatt (DIN: 06964939) from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 09th February 2023 due to his personal reason.<BR> <BR>
