We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 13 2023 have approved following:1) Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter - nine months ended December 31 2022;2) Declaration and payment of Second Interim Dividend (Special) for the Financial Year 2022-23 @ Rs. 30 per share of the face value of Rs. 10 - each subject to TDS - Withholding Tax;3) Record date for the purpose of payment of aforesaid Dividend has been fixed as February 24 2023 and is proposed to be paid within the time prescribed under law.
