Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Pridhvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitisation Company Limited (PARAS) had filed an Original Application (OA) bearing No. 321/2017 u/s Sec 19 of the Recovery of the Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act 1993 before the Honble Debts Recovery Tribunal-I Delhi (DRT) on March 28 2017 for recovery of Rs. 176732603 against (i) the Company Borrower (ii) Cyber Media Research & Services Limited (CMRSL) Corporate Guarantor; and (iii) Mr. Pradeep Gupta Chairman and Managing Director Personal Guarantor. Pursuant to terms of OTS for Rs. 14.25 with PARAS the Company had paid the entire OTS amount to PARAS. In view of the OTS PARAS has withdrawn the OA bearing No. 321/2017 pending before the Honble DRT on January 30 2023 against (i) the Company (ii) CMRSL (iii) Mr. Pradeep Gupta on January 30 2023 which has been dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off by the Honble DRT.
