Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015(Listing Regulations) therein we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday February 14 2023 inter-alia considered and approved Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations and pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company we are enclosing herewith copy of the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022 along with the Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
