We hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today from 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm have considered approved and taken on record the unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the company for the quarter and up-to the year ended 31st December 2022. The Net profit of the company for the Quarter ended on 31st December 2022 is Rs 16.52 lakhs and upto the year ended is Rs 38.11 lakhs.The details result will be shared separately.Please take a note of this and put up the above for the information of the members of the company
