The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.00 P.M. and concluded at 6.40 P.M.A copy of the said Results alongwith the Limited Review Report in terms of Regulation 33 & 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is enclosed herewith.
