The Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Ms. Smita Jatia (DIN No: 03165703) as an Additional Director (as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company) to the Board of the Company through its circular resolution passed on February 20 2023.The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations are enclosed herewith.
