Further he has also resigned from the position of Non-Executive Director of SRL Limited material subsidiary of the Company with effect from said date. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is enclosed.
