This is with reference to captioned subject and email dated 22nd February 2023 addressed by Imperial Consultants and Securities Limited to the Exchange.In this regard the Company hereby informs you that Vajresh Consultants Limited being a promoter company holds 3209343 Equity Shares in its demat account has informed of amalgamation of Vajresh Consultants Limited and Nirjala Teleholdings Limited (Transferor Companies) with Imperial Consultants and Securities Limited (Imperial / Transferee Company) vide amalgamation order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chennai.Pursuant to said amalgamation the transferor companies stand amalgamated and all the assets investments and liabilities of Transferor Companies if any including aforesaid shares held by Vajresh stand transferred to and vested in the Transferee Company namely Imperial Consultants and securities Limited.
