In continuation to our intimation dated February 18 2023 we would like to inform you that today i.e. March 10 2023 the Company has completed the acquisition of majority shareholding (representing 75% of share capital on fully diluted basis) in IAC International Automotive India Private Limited (IAC India) through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited. Accordingly IAC India has become the step-down subsidiary of the Company and subsidiary of Lumax Integrated Ventures Private Limited with immediate effect.
