Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to intimate that the share certificate(s) as per the attached intimation are reported to have lost/misplaced and request from our shareholder is received by the Company through Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Cameo Corporate Services Limited for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. We/ RTA are in process of issuing duplicate share certificate/ letter of confirmation after compliance of required formalities.
