NKJ & Associates Cost Accountants Firm Registration Number: PROP/01515 as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2022-2023.Disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015 is enclosed as Annexure- I.The Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 11.00 a.m. of the same day.
