Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities will remain closed from Friday March 31 2023 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting where interalia the approval of Audited financial statements for the year ended March 31 2023 and Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 would be considered.Accordingly Directors/Officers/ Designated Employees/ Related Parties/ Other Designated Persons of the Company and their dependant family members are now prohibited from trading in the Companys securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
