Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we hereby certify that the share certificates received from the participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 31st March 2023 were confirmed to the depositories by M/s Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited where the earlier issued securities are listed. We further confirm with reference to the share certificates received for dematerialisation that the said certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in our records as the registered owner within the stipulated time.
