TV TODAY NETWORK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated March 31 2023 this is to inform that Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 16 2023 inter alia for the following purposes:1. To consider approve and take on record the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter (Q4) and financial year ended March 31 2023;2. To consider and recommend the payment of final dividend if any for the Financial Year 2022-23 for approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.As per the Companys code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all the insiders of the Company till May 18 2023.Kindly take the same on record.
