Please find enclosed herewith Order of the Honble Madras High Court pronounced in the matter of appeals filed by Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL) i.e. PPL vs Entertainment Network (India) Limited (ENIL) and others on April 27 2023 where NRL (material subsidiary of the Company) was the respondent along with ENIL and other FM radio broadcasters.
