In this regard this is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Directors/KMPs/Officers/designated employees shall remain closed between Wednesday May 10 2023 and Monday May 29 2023 (both days inclusive).
